Fish fillets in coconut sauce
The recipe for fish fillets in coconut sauce below was an improvisation based on "What do I prepare for dinner? Let's see, I have fresh fish, coconut milk ... chili ... a piece of pepper, garlic and chives, ok, I'm going to mix everything and that's it. I'm hungry. "
Let this be clear: fish and coconut make a worthy pair of indie movies with a happy ending.
Any recipe that has these two ingredients is going to be amazing. And if you add a good amount of chilli, sweet or spicy, the one you like, the deliciousness of said dish will increase exponentially.
I recommend preparing this recipe using some white fish such as hake, curvina or grouper.
p>Coconut milk can be bought at a supermarket or you can prepare it yourself by following my step-by-step instructions on "how to make coconut milk".
